It operates high-performance camps, tournaments and development programs across Asia, supporting ambitious players who are not yet part of national teams but show strong potential and need structured guidance, exposure, and mentorship. By linking federations, schools, parents, private academies, and independent coaches, Next Gen builds an interconnected pathway from grassroots to professional level — creating a true ecosystem of growth.

- Training with ATP/WTA players and Asian Gold medalist
- UTR / ATF tournaments within camps, masterclasses and VIP access to Masters-level tournaments

We run year-round training and junior scouting through schools and regional hubs, then graduate high-potential players into structured development. One flagship initiative is Hong Kong’s first sports-consumables recycling project (backed by the HK Recycling Fund), which processes all collected tennis balls locally and converts them into alternative fuel. We will continue to scale similar ESG programs across Mainland China and Asia through our club, school, and tournament networks.
